  • What time does the festival start and end?

    Venue doors open at 2pm, and music starts at 3pm.

    2:00 PM: DOORS
    3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Bottlerocket Hurricane
    4:20 PM - 5:20 PM: Magoo
    5:40 PM - 6:40 PM: Clay St Unit
    7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Josiah and The Bonnevilles
    8:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Trampled By Turtles

  • What is your age policy?

    Music fans Ages 16+ are welcome, anyone under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Can I bring chairs and / or blankets?

    Yes, Grand Lake Folk Festival Permits:

    • Blankets (8’ x 8’ max)
    • Seat Cushions
    • Soft side seat backs
    • Stadium seats (not metal)
    • Chairs and Blankets must stay in the ‘Chair and Blanket zone’ (a grassy rest area at the rest of the festival site)
  • What's does the venue accept as a "valid ID"?

    A current, government issued ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military ID) or a copy of your birth certificate, driver's permit, combined with a photo ID (e.g. school ID, gym membership) 

  • How do I buy tickets?

    Tickets are available for purchase here. All dates and times are local.

  • How do I access my tickets?

    Tickets are delivered via AXS Mobile. Please be sure to download the AXS app using the email address associated with your purchase. Still can’t find your tickets? Please reach out to your point of purchase.

  • I am disabled, or have an injury - do I need to purchase Accessible Seating?

    We sell accessible seating via axs.com and at the Box Office, which is open on the event day 1 hour prior to doors.

    These seats are available to any party that has someone requiring accessible seating, and the ticket limit for these seats is the same as the limit set for the general public.

  • I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

    Sorry, we do not offer refunds. You can resell your tickets using our AXS mobile app.

  • Will there be food available?

    Yes, we will have food trucks at the event. Vegan and vegetarian options available. 

  • Will there be free water refill stations?

    Yes. We want you to stay hydrated!

  • How do I get directions to the show and where can I park?

  • Do you allow service animals in the venue?

    Service animals are allowed. We do not allow pets.

  • Do you have a lost & found?

    If you lost anything, reach out to us with our contact us form.

  • Are cameras allowed in?

    We don’t allow professional cameras (anything with a detachable lens) or flash photography, tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, or GoPros. No Audio or Video recording devices. 

  • Are kids free?

    Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket. Attendees 2 years and up are required to have a ticket.

  • Can I volunteer or are you hiring?

  • glass of any kind (except for eyeglasses & sunglasses)
  • grills, gas, propane, or open flames
  • illegal substances, marijuana, marijuana products or paraphernalia
  • large purses, bags, or backpack (clear bags permitted and small hydration only packs allowed (empty) and subject to search)
  • laser pointers or LED projection lights
  • markers, pens, chalk, stickers, or spray paint
  • megaphones, air horns, musical instruments, or amplified sound equipment
  • outside drinks or liquid of any kind (empty clear plastic water bottles permitted)
  • outside food or drink
  • outside vendors, unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways
  • pets (except service animals)
  • professional recording equipment or tripods
  • umbrellas, furniture, or lawn chairs
  • weapons of any kind including pocket knives, pepper spray, or any objects that could be used as a weapon (this includes totems or other tall signs / place holders)
